Copenhagen Cyclery ships UPS or USPS depending on the product. All of our Velorbis bicycles are shipped assembled. The Abici bicycles can be shipped either assembled or unassembled. We recommend that customers who chose to purchase an Abici unassembled have it shipped directly to a bicycle shop for assembly. There is no shipping charge for unassembled Abici bicycles.
All bicycles are shipped UPS ground with a transport time of 2-7 days depending on your location. Please contact us for information and rates on expediated shipping service.
If the item is damaged during shipping please contact us within 10 days. The item you purchased will be replaced and you will be refunded any additional shipping and handling costs.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from Copenhagen Cyclery, you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling, within 30 days of purchase date. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase as soon as we receive the returned product. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in tact. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Copenhagen Cyclery requires that bicycles are insured for shipping.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Some sale items, when indicated, are final sale.
Special Orders may be exchanged or returned for store credit. There is a 30% restocking fee on all Special Order returns.
To make a return, please contact Copenhagen Cyclery to receive a RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER. This number should be included with your return package.
